Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
We offer shipping within New Zealand at a flat rate of $9 per package for residential delivery and $15 for RURAL delivery.
Free Shipping, with in New Zealand on all orders over $149.99. (please note if an item is returned for a refund, the courier fee will be subtracted from your refund).
Shipping time in New Zealand is 2-5 working days. Please allow 1-2 ADDITIONAL days for Rural Delivery). Any Delivery date or time specified by us is an estimate only and Hayz Collective will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders will be delivered between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please note, We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
