Refund policy
CLOTHING RETURNS:
Returns must be sent back within 5 working days of receiving the goods. They must be in the same condition you received them: Clean, unworn, unwashed and tags still attached.
Before returning an item please email us at info@thechookhouse.co.nz or phone 07 863 8675 explaining what you are returning and why.
We recommend you send your package via Track and Trace methods only. If you choose not to, Hayz Collective will accept no responsibility should we not receive the package.
No Returns, Exchanges or Credits on SALE or DISCOUNTED CODE items.
Please note: Hayz Collective is not responsible for the payment of return shipping, if you are wanting to exchange, the courier for the new garment is at your own expense. We suggest you include a prepaid bag with your return. We are more than happy to help with the size selection and fitting over the phone to try and get it correct the first time.
ACCESSORY RETURNS:
Strictly NO returns on ALL accessories, Includes; Hats, Sunglasses, Scarves, Jewellery, Bags, Underwear, Socks, Shoes, Swimwear/Bikinis due to hygiene reasons.
FAULTY GOODS:
Goods are deemed faulty if they have been damaged in transit, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Goods will be returned by Hayz Collective to the relevant manufacturer. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, and this will be at Hayz Collective and the manufacturers discretion.
Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like an exchange on your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. A full Refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
